Set Goals, Create Timelines, and Stick to Them
It's important to have cross-functional meetings to ensure all stakeholders have identified shared goals. Additionally, be sure to create realistic timelines for deliverables and make sure you're holding each other accountable to meet deadlines.
Pay Attention to Your Data and Stay Flexible
Keep a close eye on all your paid media — if something isn't working, pivot to a new strategy. If something is working, expand your campaign to extend that success, whether it’s a paid campaign or a timed offer.
Curate Your Offers
Buyers can become overwhelmed with options and price comparisons, so limit your selections to between 3 and 5 choices. Focus strictly on offers that meet your campaign goals and target markets.
